WHO WE ARE

Native Environment Preservation and Humanitarian Development (NEPAHD) is a Non- Profit Organisation thriving to provide practical Climate Crisis solutions as well as promoting Environmental Conservation. We participate in providing viable and sustainable poverty alleviation programmes to assist mainly less privileged communities as well victims of climate crisis. We are a team of passionate individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in our community and beyond. The foundation of our organization was built on a set of sound values, strong vision and mission that guides our work on day to day

Our Vision

We put much emphasis on Environmental conservation, afforestation, Wildlife, and fisheries preservation (Animals have rights too). We believe climate crisis is a Socio-Economic and Ethical issue than merely an environmental problem. Most of our communities have been subjected to poverty exacerbated by a long history of oppression, today the same communities are experiencing the worst impact of climatic change despite having contributed the least or nothing to it. AS NEPAHD we envision a community in which individuals and organisations join forces to confront Socio – Economic imbalances that propagate environmental degradation and propel climatic crisis.

Our Mission

NEPAHD thrives to amplify and connect voices that promote Social and Environmental justice as well as challenge economic imbalances in our societies. Our mission is to empower less communities, girl child and youth who are the custodians of future through education, training, and intensive skills development programs. We advocate for the adoption of green energy solutions, renewable energies with minimum to zero carbon emissions to serve the climate. We discourage deforestation, fossil energy production, policies and behaviours that perpetuate environmental degradation.

Our Values

Our values are both environmental and Humanitarian. We are concerned about our Natural resources, Environment and Wildlife conservation. Gender equality diversity and Inclusion. A peaceful community where women and children enjoy freedom of expression, movement, and association without fear.
RESPECT:   We value the dignity and worth of every individual, and we treat everyone with respect, compassion, and empathy. We value Inclusion, Diversity, and sustainable communities.
COLLABORATION:  We believe in the power of working together to achieve our goals. We collaborate with partners, volunteers, and community about-us-cards to create sustainable change.
